You can delete your account directly in Wrong Step, developed and published by Odep Games, through the account settings.

How to delete your account in the game

1. Open Wrong Step.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion by following the instructions shown in the game.

Request deletion outside the game

If you cannot access your account, or would like to request deletion outside the game, email odepgames@hotmail.com and state that you wish to delete your Wrong Step account.

To help us locate your account, include the following when possible:

• nickname;
• Public ID.

Never send your password. Odep Games does not ask for your password to delete your account.

What happens to your data

When deletion is completed, your account and associated data, including progress, are deleted where applicable, except for records that need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Certain security, moderation, and reporting records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, enforcement of community rules, or compliance with legal obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer reasonably identify a player may remain.
• Service providers may retain temporary backups according to their retention and deletion policies.
